  • Improve listening, decrease power struggles, and build more connection

  • Recognize your own triggers so you feel more confident, calm, and positive

  • Explore a mindset shift around what teaching really is

  • You feel unsure of what to do during power struggles with students

  • You have a student that other children see negatively due to behavior, and you want more inclusivity in your classroom

  • You want more ideas of what to say and do to help the day go smoothly

  • You’ve attended any Heart in Education workshop or professional development (online or in-person) in the last 5 years
